Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions are to be understood and abided by all visitors and members of this site.

• The minimum block reserved for a ministry is a 10 pixel X 10 pixel block or 100 pixels.
• The maximum block reserved for a ministry is a 10 pixel X 10 pixel block or 100 pixels.
• When you 'Get Pixels' you will NOT 'own' any part of the Pixelministries.com nor Pixelministries.net but rather you are granted the right to submit an image and link which will then be published ONLY if it is approved by our site administrators. Once approved the image and link will become "Active" on the space you have reserved for 365 days. 10 days before your 365 day period has expired you will be sent 1 or more emails instructing you to reactivate your ad. Failure to reactive your ad will result in deletion of your image, link and any account information associated with that image and link.
• PixelMinistries.com or Pixelministries.net does not guarantee any amount of time that the website will be active. If you post your ministry today and tommorrow PixelMinistries.com or PixelMinistries.net is no longer active then we are not responsible.(However, we plan for Pixel Ministries to be an existing organization forever and ever, until the day of judgement.)
• Only ministries will be considered for approval, and we decide what is appropriate for our site. If you submit an image or link that is rejected, you will have the opportunity to provide an alternative.
• If your ministry is accepted and you later change the content of the image or linked site, your ministry will be suspended for as long as we see fit.
• If for whatever reason in the future you want your image and link removed from PixelMinistries.com or Pixelministries.net, you can do so by emailing us.
• Images must be in GIF or JPEG format, and must also be a reasonable file size.
• Images must NOT be animated. We feel that it would clutter our homepage.
• Links must be to web pages only and must begin with http://
• You must have the authority to provide the image and link for the website you submit. (You must OWN all material.)
• There might be an occasional downtime for site maintenence but Pixel Ministries will try and keep these to a minimum.
• Once you have posted a ministry, please allow at least 24-48 hours for approval. Due to high traffic on site and a large number of posts we may take longer if needed, however if we do not approve your image and link please allow at least 3 weeks for us to email you a full explanation of unapproval.
• These Terms and Conditions can change anytime without warning and you MUST abide by the New Terms and Conditions.
